Intermediate Depot

PVOIL Nha Be is 25km to the southeast of Tan Son Nhat International airport. This depot has a separate Jet A-1 unloading system which allows vessel up to 32,000DWT. The depot is equipped with ship loading allowing vessel up to 5,000DWT and 02 loading islands for road trucks.

Airport depot

Tan Son Nhat International Airport depot has safely & efficiently provided aviation fuel to 80 international flights per day from over 60 airlines operating in the airport. It is well-equipped with leading technology and complied with up-to-date international aviation fuel standards & regulations. Due to the fast growing demands of fuel supply at the airport, Tapetco is planning to extend the storage capacity of the depot.

Unloading facility

Bucket strainers are attached to the pipelines or fuel vehicles to remove dust and impurities from the fuel.

Unloading Pumps
Seven (07) units of Unloading Pumps
Unloading Pumps are used to receive fuel from tank truck. Flow rate is automatically controlled at optimum pressure by using Soft Starter motors. Specifically, the flow rate can reach 2000 lpm/ unit.

Unloading Filter separator
Four (04) unit of Filter/ Water Separator
Qualified to specification EI 1581 6th Edition, Category C, Type S
The filter/water separator FW10-H is designed to be compliant with procedural guidelines and requirements of the pressure vessel regulation AD 2000
The filter vessels incorporate flat sealed or threaded base coalescer elements and reusable separator elements.

Jet A-1 Storage Tank
Tanks are constructed with the following specifications:
- Designed, fabricated & erected in accordance with API 650-2007 (11th Edition) - Addendum 3
- Diameter 17.2m, height: 15m
- Sump: 1/30 slope to sump
- Dome roof: equipped with breath valves & emergency valves in line with API 2000
- Epoxy-coating on interior & roof support structure in compliance with EI1541

Hydrant Pumps are used to deliver fuel to the aircraft. Flow rate is automatically controlled at optimum pressure by using Soft Starter motors. Specifically, the flow rate can reach 4500 lpm/unit.

Hydrant Filter separator
Seven (07) units of Filter/ Water Separator
Qualified to specification EI 1581 6th Edition, Category C, Type S.

Airport Hydrant System
Aviation Fuel is supplied to the apron's hydrant valves through the underground pipelines. The fuel hydrant system consists of 6 underground chambers (VB1 and HP1-5) from which the later 5 chambers interconnect with the two 14'' feeder lines. 20 hydrant pit valves are connected to both 14'' feeder lines.

Hydrant Dispenser
Hydrant Dispenser connects hydrant valve to the aircraft. It is equipped with filter, flow meter and pressure control gauge.
- Five (05) unit are supplied by Fluid Transfer International Ltd, P/N: FT-010451, Chassis model TGL 7.150 4x2 BB
- Two (02) unit are supplied by Garsite , P/N: 1000-HSV-ML, Chassis model DT-466

Refuellers
A fleet of refueling trucks
Truck refuelers (such as bowser truck) are loaded at the three (03) Loading Islands from on-site airport tank terminals.
Two (02) Garsite Jet Refueler with model 10MA-800A-SCFL, 10000 Gallon (37500 Liter) and Flow rates 800-1000 GPM (3000-3750 LPM)

Into-plane

As the only business which has been trusted by Airports Corporation of Viet Nam (ACV) to operate the underground Fuel Hydrant System at Tan Son Nhat int’l airport, Tapetco’s fleet which consists of 07 hydrant dispensers and 02 refuellers has competently served the demands of servicing 10 passenger bridges (20 hydrant valves). From the beginning of our operation, Tapetco’s level of service has always been complimented by all of the airlines and the local airport authority.
